90 days of 1:1 immersive empowerment coaching
Weekly 1 hour, private, online sessions with Renae (or in person in Lethbridge, Alberta)
Weekly sessions are tailored to meet your daughter’s unique needs, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your daughter’s busy lifestyle
Your daughter will receive personalized guidance that builds on itself week after week. This includes exercises designed for her to practice her new skills and mindset tools, empowering her to take ownership of her personal growth
In between the weekly sessions your daughter will have access to Renae through Voxer, email, and if necessary phone, outside of sessions. She will have support and keep her momentum as she learns how to continually show up for herself. It’s like having a private mentor in her back pocket.
Personalised accountability so that your daughter gets exactly what she needs as a unique individual
