I have empowered thousands of girls that are wildly unique to one another but one of the most common things described is how the daughters try to protect the parents, "my daughter is fine". External metrics don't tell the full story, "I'm fine" can be said even when cracks start to appear. This isn't therapy, this is for girls who want more.
