The academy was essential when I started it almost two decades ago, and yet it is needed today more than ever. It is the internal battles that teenage girls are struggling with in these formative years. We need to help them hear their own voice, changing the negative, internal narrative.
However, do not think for a moment that what I am selling is a fairy tale of unrealistic expectations. What I teach is practical wisdom found within the language, concepts, tools, and perceptions for the next generation to move through life in a powerful way.

I don’t have to tell you about the stresses and pressures that teenage girls face today. Imagine if your daughter had the tools to stand strong and stay true to who she is. No matter how smart, determined, or popular your daughter is, she’s facing challenges that feel overwhelming.
And you know better than anyone how that’s affecting her on the outside.
But you can’t see everything she’s saying to herself on the inside.
